  4- Fried fish and Plantin Bananas of Chantal                                
The product  1 kg (about 2 pounds) of fish (sea bass or  sea perch)  barre)
- 2 or 3 peppers-1 onion
5 ripe "plantins" bananas- salt – ground pepper.
The préparation.
Get your fish cleaner and scaled. Do some cuts or gashes on each fish. Ad some salt and get them to drip by putting them on grating.
1- Put your frying on the stove. When your oil is hot, put the fish in it and cook slowly to get each side browned.
                     Take your brown fish out and put them on a dish.. .
2- Plantain Bananas:
Peel the banans.
Cut each of them lenght wise into 4 thin strips.
Salt lightly.

3- In a second pan, heat the oil gently and put in the bananas slices an let them brown on both sides.Right.
Now thake them out of the frying pan and serve in a dish.
Seasoning:
Crushed or mixed red pepper and onion .Cook gently together in a small sauce pan with 2 tea-spoons full of oil during 5 or 10 minutes.
Service and presentation:
Choose a big service plate. 1° Put the fish in the middle of it.
2° Put the banana slices round the edge.
The cooked red pepper is served separately in a small bocal.
