The Community advice and information.
In my action with the villages'communities, talking and listening to people are of a paramount importance. It is as moment of educational training meant to get people acquainted with a community sentiment. This sentiment we find again, is part of African earlky traditional culture. Therefore, women doing together the same work will coordinate their actions within collective activities such as culture, education, child caring.
Action on environment and everyday life

Every woman understands that she is not bound to work only in fiels. She must organize herself, so as to enjoy free time meant for her well-being, though education, culture, leisure and social rites practices
There are some photographs giving you an idea of the worjin conditions or environment of women in African villages. From now on, they want to struggle in order to enjoy an easier daily way of life. The path that I am helping then to clear is that  of a different collective life approache. Women united on all daily way of life issues; namely job children education, personal culture and social life.

Talking and listening moment. It's up to the families in the villages to talk about their plights and express their wishes. I've just to listen, in order to understand and look for a more efficient common effort to a shared improved material condition.

It's just in those circumstances, when you assist women in their daily chors, that we better understand the work we've got to carry out with them.
